For more than 10 years, the Ohio Leadership Advisory Council (OLAC) has been creating and offering a variety of free leadership resources for administrators, teachers, and teams. OLAC also will launch several resources later in June, including:
- New modules on coaching and data use;
- Updated modules on the change process, resource management, and higher education; and
- New podcasts on coaching and becoming an inclusive leader.
Looking to Build the Capacity of Your Building Leadership Team (BLT)?
The University of Cincinnati's Systems Development and Improvement Center (SDI Center) is hosting free trainings with Dr. Brian McNulty on:
- June 4, 2018: Cincinnati
- June 5, 2018: Columbus
- June 6, 2018: Independence (Cleveland area)
It is suggested that the BLT teams include the building principal, one central office person, and up to three BLT members for a total of five members. Lunch will be provided. Learn more and register.
