This session helps schools move from assumptions to evidence by equipping teacher-based teams (TBTs) to evaluate the impact of their instructional practices. Participants will explore how to develop standards-based short-cycle assessments, use data trackers to monitor progress, and analyze results to inform next steps. The session also highlights the importance of consistent adult implementation and the role of teacher-led assessment teams in sustaining improvement.
