Carrie Sanchez will guide building principals through a practical process for finding, analyzing, and most importantly using data to drive decisions and improve classroom instruction. Explore how EVAAS, State Report Card data, and OTES goal setting can work together to create a powerful framework for student success. Along the way, leaders will gain hands-on strategies for leading meaningful data conversations, coaching staff, and leveraging the extensive OLAC resources to support continuous improvement.
