Creating a strong data-driven school culture starts with effective, collaborative teacher-based teams (TBTs). This session lays the groundwork for sustainable improvement by focusing on how to launch the school year with a shared vision, clear team structures, and consistent routines for using data to inform instruction. Participants will explore essential practices that help TBTs function as the engine of schoolwide improvement—ensuring every educator has the tools and structures needed to turn data into action.
