Based on work with teacher based teams (TBTs) across Ohio, Dr. McNulty clarifies what we know about the work of these teams and how we can make TBTs more effective. Instructional practice improves in schools with strong foundations of collaboration. Participants will learn the actions that building level teams and principals must take to improve the function of their TBTs.
