While the ultimate goal for teacher-based teams is about improving student learning, it also has to be about teacher learning. Both are essential. Join Dr. Brian McNulty for an interactive presentation on his webinar, Facilitating Teacher-based Teams, along with live Q&A. Productive team meetings require a person who has the knowledge and skills to facilitate the meeting. Learn more about the core facilitation skills needed to effectively manage a team meeting, as well as specific tips for keeping equity in the forefront.
Participants will view the webinar in real-time with Dr. McNulty, and have the opportunity to ask questions along the way during designated breaks. This event is designed for newly assigned facilitators and veteran facilitators who want to refresh and revisit their facilitation skills.
