Finding time for teams to meet is a constant challenge for school leaders. Carrie Sanchez, principal at Port Clinton Middle School, has used unique master schedule strategies to create time for teams to meet collaboratively on a regular basis. The schedule allows for consistent time for teachers to meet with one another, allows for intervention time for each student, provides time during the school day for professional development for teachers, and accessibility for teachers to meet with parents during the school day, not after. Learn how to use the master schedule to make the most of every minute of the school day. This session is designed for school and district administrators interested in maximizing one of our most valuable resources - time.
